90% refund of the total booking amount (10% retained as a non-refundable administrative fee).
50% refund or option to reschedule to another date within 12 months (subject to availability).
25% refund or rescheduling with a 15% rescheduling fee.
No refund. Rescheduling may be permitted in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies) with valid documentation and a 25% rescheduling fee.
